Nettle, Eyebright, Licorice Root, Marshmallow Root, Elder berries, Rose hips, Cinnamon Chips, Ginger Root, Lemongrass, Spearmint, Calendula Flowers, Red Clover, Brigham Tea, Turmeric, Milk Thistle.
Fill tea ball. Add to hot water and let steep for 10-15 minutes. Remove tea ball and sweeten to tast. Enjoy!!
