Recipe Follow-up

Right now with all the stress in the world and Spring Colds popping up, now its more important than ever to take some time out for self care. I think a nice touch would be to have a nice bath. So todays recipe is going to be all about self care and relaxation and THE BATH.

So i want this to be easy ingredients for you to be able to get and hopefully you have some essential oils and maybe even some sea salt or Himalayan salt or something you can combine together.

Ingredients:

1/2 Cup Epsom Salt (or Himalayan salt, Sea Salt, any Salt of choice)

1 Can Coconut Milk (Anything you want)

2 Drops Ylang Ylang Essential Oil

3 Drops Orange Essential Oil

Optional: make it your own.

Rose Petals, Chamomile Flowers, Baking Soda, Powdered Milk, Honey, Pine Needles, Whole Milk, Other Essential Oils, the sky is the limit.

Pour Ingredients directly in to tub (water has been added), unless you added flowers/pine needles in which case you'll want some type of muslin bag to make it a no-clean up after bath.

Give yourself at least 30 minutes to enjoy this. The coconut milk is excellent for your skin, the essential oils you choose will set the mood and 30 minutes later you'll be back to being able to take on the world. And hey, guys like bath as well it just needs to have the ingredients they want...so give it a try! You'll love this one. And hey Mothers Day is coming maybe you could make this in time for her to enjoy a nice hot stimulating/relaxing bath!
