The Natural products do not, in most instances, come with any nasty side effects; the only reason there would be a side effect would be to allergies. The Natural products work in harmony with your system as we do share some of the same DNA. The Natural products, in most cases, do not need to be taken for long periods of time. Your system does not stop making things like melatonin or other chemicals the body produces while taking these. When taking pharmaceuticals the body will after time stop making the chemicals that were being produced before you took the certain medication.

As with everything in our world we may be allergic to certain plants. So you do need to know if you are allergic to say Peppermint or Olive Oil before you purchase a product. In some instances it means you wash the product off or in other instances you stop taking immediately.
